Research interests
I am interested in ice-ocean interactions and the resulting effects of freshwater on the ocean. My previous research has involved Antarctic ice-ocean modelling, with a focus on tracing the fate of freshwater from different sources, and studying the dynamics of the Beaufort Gyre in the Arctic Ocean. I am currently working on ice-ocean interactions with the sea ice model neXtSIM coupled to NEMO.
