My main research interests are in ensemble data assimilation methods and applications. I maintain and develop the currrent version of TOPAZ, an ocean-sea ice data assimilation system, and I am leading the reanalysis component of the Arctic MFC of MyOcean.

  • Some popular software packages for grid generation and scattered data interpolation, developed in early 2000s during my work with CMAR.
